What is Islam aqidah regarding the death of Isa (as)?
Q. :-) there are some views regarding the end of Isa (as) 1. Isa (as) does not death but ascended to heaven 2. Isa (as) death just like others human 3. Isa (as) was not crossed, but other person was 4. A. Peace to you. To me, the real mystery is not whether Isa lived, died, or rose again...it's why the passages concerning his resurrection are so scarce. One would think there would have been much more written about it, but the scant little we have seems vague and confused. I would think there would have been great interest placed on his return (his return then, I mean) but instead, the emphasis, both in the Gospels and today, is still focused on his torture and death. This makes me suspicious about the whole thing, honestly, as if somebody knows something that they aren't telling.
