Which of these classes would best complement a career in chemical engineering?
Q. Other than the standard calculus + diff. eq. curriculum. Linear Algebra Partial Diff. Eq. Stochastic Processes Analysis (Real, Complex, Numerical) Combinatorics Differential Geometry Dynamics/Bifurcations Linear Programming (Algebraic) Topology Graph Theory etc. Or should I take classes in some other subject? I've asked a variation of this question before but only got 1 answer. =( I was planning on double majoring in chem. eng. and applied math.

A. Well, a lot of those could potentially help. Partial diff eq wouldn't hurt, I don't see much application for linear algebra, topology, or geometry type classes. I am an electrical engineer though so I am just guessing based on what I would think you would use the most.
