Form refers to the shape The shape of an object located in some space is the part of that space occupied by the object, as determined by its external boundary – abstracting from other properties such as colour, content, and material composition, as well as from the object's other spatial properties (position and orientation in space; size), visual appearance The visual appearance of objects is given by the way in which they reflect and transmit light. The color of objects is determined by the parts of the spectrum of light that are reflected or transmitted without being absorbed. Additional appearance attributes are based on the directional distribution of reflected (BDRF) or transmitted light (BTDF), or configuration of an object.

For example, x5 + 2x3y2 + 9xy4 is a homogeneous polynomial of degree 5, in two variables; the sum of the exponents in each term is always 5. This is They Should Make It. It'll appear here every other Tuesday and will contain some really mind-bending ideas for products and services that don't yet exist but should! You may not agree with my ideas, and that's okay.
Q. I am operating a fireworks stand this summer. I am payed a commission from the company that hired me. I hire individuals to work at my tent. They are paid by me, from my commission check. Any idea of what tax form they need? Thank You! I really appreciate all the info! Lots of great help. Any idea on how to know how much withold?

A. To add to Judy's answer...if you do not plan to hire them as employees and plan to pay them cash, you need to have them fill out the W-9, or at least some form to obtain their SSN. Do NOT hire anyone without their SSN. If you don't know them well, ask to see their card. If you pay any individual more than $600 then you must send them a 1099-MISC for the income they received. Then you are allowed to deduct the money you paid out on your Sch C.
