What are modes of Transportation from Indiana to Kentucky?
Q. My brother and I are planning a trip back down home to good 'ol Kentucky from Purdue, and I need a list of transportation modes (ie Greyhound, AmTrak) to get there. Are their other methods of transportation besides these? Please help us! -Michael G.

A. You don't say where in Kentucky you're heading--it's a large state. Amtrak has one train that goes through Lafayette--the Cardinal. It goes between Chicago and DC, skimming along the Kentucky/Ohio border. If you wanted the far western part of Kentucky, you could go to Chicago and then get on Amtrak's City of New Orleans, which stops at Fulton, KY. If you're interested in the central part of Kentucky, Amtrak won't be of much help to you.
