Q. This is simply a debate I had with a co-worker. I used to jog, or run - however you choose to define it - when I was in high school. I stated I did four miles in 30 minutes, and my co-worker stated that was a very fast time. I disagreed. So what is "descent" time for a mediocre high school athlete to run four miles in ?
