Q. i have really bad test anxiety and there's a math test tomorrow that i'm worried about so plz give me some tips to overcome it ... thx!!!

A. i had this with chem last year you need to relax just breathe if during the test you start freaking out just sit there for a couple minutes and try to calm down also make sure you study tonight- not too much but for about 45 minutes good luck!
