Q. from kindergarten through high school kids are mostly taught things to equip them for a future career, but they arent required to take much that is really significant to life. but in college (if you get there) there are actually some much more useful classes like psychology (lots of very valuable material), philosophy (including: logic, religion, and ethics), child development, sociology, etc dont you think these kinds of courses should be required in grades k-12? first of all, im talking more about high school than elementary. and 2nd, my point is that we go through 12 years of our lives learning and re-learning mostly useless material without learning things that would really benefit us and have very positive effects on society. there… [cont.] Asked by Ian - Tue Sep 30 01:59:49 2008 - - 7 Answers - 0 Comments A.
