Q. University of Illinois at Springfield has a requirements of three years of college preparatory mathematics, selected from Algebra, geometry, advanced Algebra, pre-calculus, trigonometry and calculus. I passed the first semester of Algebra but failed the second, then I took Algebra A and Algebra B which is basically Algebra over two years. Now I'm in Geometry. When I graduate, I guess i will have 2.5 years of math, but if I may say so myself, i'm smart. I will have college credit from A.P. U.S. History, English, Psychology and Western Civil when I graduate. Should I apply? Can they accept me on a contingency basis?
