They have full kitchens, bath, living room, and bedroom. Rooms directly on the water. It is owned by a New York couple. We spent about 900 dollars for seven nights of lodging. Well worth it. We had a rental car and stop by the island K-Mart to pick up some drinks and snacks. The hotel arranged our rental car at a discount price.
