Is it possible to buy buffalo mozzarella FRESH in North America?
Q. I went to two local Italian delis today and they only had sealed buffalo mozzarella from Campania that is packaged up for long-term storage and sale. The expiry date is one year from the packaging date. I used to live in Italy so I'm totally hooked on fresh buffalo mozzarella, and I don't like the idea of it being packed up for a year. Have you ever seen REALLY fresh buffalo mozzarella in North America? Does anyone know if buffalo mozzarella is produced anywhere in North America? As a side question, is there such a thing as bison or ox cheese? I've seen yak cheese that was made by Tibetan monks, but I don't recall ever seeing a North American buffalo, bison or ox cheese. To reach an "Italian district" I would have to travel 500+… [cont.]

Why were the Native American of North America and South America?
Q. Why were all the original natives of North America and South America have mostly brown skins, dark eyes, black hairs and not so tall stature. If they crossed over from what is now Siberia or from other parts of the European or African lands how come theres hardly no hints of any type of African or European look in them ?

A. Actually, they are supposedly desecended from Asian cultural, and they do have a slight "Asian" look to them. Siberia is in Asia. And their skin isn't brown. It's more of a russet, or coppery color.
