Kentucky is a Southern state situated in the Upland South, although the state is infrequently placed, geographically and culturally, in the Midwest. Kentucky is one of four U.S. states constituted as a commonwealth (the other three being Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts). Originally a part of Virginia, in 1792 it became the 15th state to join the Union. Kentucky is the 37th largest state in terms of total area, the 36th largest in land area, and ranks 26th in population. Kentucky is known as the "Bluegrass State", a nickname based on the fact that native bluegrass is present in many of the pastures throughout the state, based on the fertile soil. It made possible the breeding of high quality livestock, especially thoroughbred horses. It is a land with diverse environments and abundant resources, including the world's longest cave system, Mammoth Cave National Park; the greatest length of navigable waterways and streams in the Lower 48 states; and the two largest man-made lakes east of the Mississippi River. It is also home to the highest per capita number of deer and turkey in the United States, the largest free-ranging elk herd east of Montana, and the nation's most productive coalfield. Kentucky is also known for thoroughbred horses, horse racing, bourbon distilleries, bluegrass music, automobile manufacturing, tobacco, and college basketball. From Wikipedia under the

Some common arrangements include some of the following provisions: (1) Alternate weekend visitation with the non-custodial parent, including "three-day holidays" (2) Mid-week visitation with the non-custodial parent (3) Sharing of the child during periods of school recess -winter, spring and summer (4) New Year's Eve, Easter, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, and Christmas with one parent or the other in alternate years (click here for a useful article on holiday visitations) (5) Mother's Day with Mother, Father's Day with Father (6) Alternate years on the child's birthday (7) Open telephone contact by the parent who does not… [cont.] Answered by Winter is coming... ah crap! - Mon Jan 12 13:30:59 2009 Is it illegal for stores in kentucky to have cameras and two way mirrors in the dressing room stalls?
Q. I don't know maybe Im paranoid, but I read that some states prohibit the use of cameras and two way mirrors in dressing rooms, so I was wondering if kentucky prohibits this also. I checked the government website for my state, but could not find anything in the legislation that says they prohibit the use of cameras in dressing rooms, there is a voyeurism law but it does not mention dressing rooms. Any thoughts or answers? Asked by roxy - Wed Nov 12 12:52:22 2008 - - 5 Answers - 0 Comments A. I've never heard of cameras in the dressing rooms anywhere. Some places around the country do have one-way mirrors but they have to post notices for the consumer. This is done to keep shoplifting from occurring. Not sure about Kentucky laws specifically. I knew a woman who worked retail security and they had these mirrors. I can't remember if it was in Northern Kentucky or Cincinnati.
