A. NIIT, ACCP provides basic courses in software technology. You need the training for a job in IT industry, then after these courses its not easy to get good software development courses. But if you want to do a course for self learning /basic concepts then go ahead. Their course content is OK but not faculty.

A. I have seen my husband take many of these courses. You just sign up for some of them, then you go to one and read all of the information they give you and when you finish they have a test you can take to see if you read it and paid attention to it. As long as you have a certain grade then you will be considered passed on that course and get the credit points for it.

Do all ACCP Credit Hours count?
Q. I am in a Medical MOS bucking for SGT, and I have been working like crazy to get promotion points through the ACCP. According to the promotion points information I have found on the internet, 5 CH through military education like the ACCP equals 1 promotion point. However, does it matter what the course was that gave you the credit hours. Basically, to get the promotion points, do my CH have to come from courses actually pertaining to my MOS?

A. Every 5 hrs of credit on correspondance courses are worth 1 promotion point. Not much but if u start doin them all the time then it can add up...I know tht the course online that is for 11 series squad leader is 5 hrs but u can get it done in like an hour if you've already been to PLDC/WLC. They're all REALLY easy!! Hell land nav is like a 5hr course too...
