A. One of the documents required by the City Government for a Business Permit is a Barangay Business Clearance. I think the Asker encountered some difficulty in securing a barangay business clearance - possibly limiting the hours of operation. I think an internet cafe can operate during graveyard hours provided that the owner can provide sufficient security to its clients. Have a nice day !

A. for starters you can form a group that will have activities to clean your community then have some awareness programs to inform the people in your community how to maintian a clean barangay. as for peace, its quite tricky. since we need to know the root cause of the breakdown of your peace. once the root cause is known then you can have programs that will resolve the cause the breakdown of the peace.

A. There is always barangay office in your barangay. It is the place where the barangay captain and secretary holds their office. Any barangay tanod will be able to show you where their station is it is always one only anyway unless it is one huge barangay which is unlikely. They issue the barangay clearance for 150 pesos or less. If you give them a pack of cigarette it may get you faster or unless you know someone in office. But if you are not in a hurry just ask the time you can come back to get your clearance and if they say it may take a little while.. just learn how to read between the lines.

A. Cedula is residence/community certificate. To get a barangay certificate, go to your barangay hall. Ask the secretary that you need a barangay certificate. He/she will 1st give you a cedula (residence certificate) then will latter give you a barangay certificate.

A. The Mabolo or Mabulo is a persimmon tree indigenous to low and medium forests of the Philippine Islands, also called the kamagong or talang. It has ebony wood and pungent fruit. The early Spanish conquistadores gave it the name mabolo, or manbolo as in caribee, because the red, hairy fruit with cheesy-smelling skin resembled a human head (bolo = ball). In 1573, on his second expedition to this region, the conquistador Juan de Salcedo discovered the village he named "Naga" because of an abundance of Narra trees ("Naga" in Bikol) about the place. There was a Naga city ordinance adopted in to change the name of the barangay of Mabulo to Mabolo in 1990
