A. Your questions aren't that easy to answer, but here goes -- but first a caveat. After living for years in the Maritimes, Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba (much of that as an air force brat), I now live in Victoria, British Columbia, and am wickedly biased. The B.C. coast is simply glorious. Overall, the warmest part of Canada is southern Vancouver Island and B.C.'s lower mainland, including Vancouver. But we rarely get really hot here. For sustained hot summer temperatures, where you can sit in shirtsleeves at midnight, you'd have to move somewhere on the line from Montreal and Kingston to Toronto and Windsor.
