After refusal of work permit application in Canadian Embassy, how many weeks/months can an applicant re-apply?
Q. May I ask when can an applicant re-apply for a work permit after the Canadian Embassy refused his/her previous application?
Asked by allan - Wed May 27 04:38:52 2009 - - 2 Answers - 2 Comments
A. You probably did not show any proof that you WILL GO home at the end of your work permit So the next time you apply, you MUST show proof that you WILL go home when the work permit expires. Whatever reason you were denied, you MUST fix up that problem (with proof) and then reapply.

A. The fee for a Canadian Study Visa is $125 CDN. In regards to what financial documents you have to show, you will have to show officials your last four monthly banking statements, a bank statement from a Canadian bank showing that you have one opened, any financial scholarships or assistance from the college (you can obtain this from the university). You will have to show that you will not become a burden to taxpayers and therefore you should check the cost of living in the town/city you plan on residing. Get an average yearlymedian salary from that town/city and then multiply it by the number of years you plan on studying. A. Normally, an application for a work permit is submitted to the Canadian Embassy in the country where you have your permanent residence. For how are you going to submit police clearances, employers certifications etc if you are only a student in Thailand? And how will the Canadian Embassy in Thailand verify your documents if they are issued in a different country? But you can always ask them. Q. Canadian Embassy requested me to have my medical exam but i have hemorrhoids will i fail my medical exam because of it? A. I am assuming this medical exam is for immigration purposes or a government job. So I don't think you will fail your medical due to a hemorrhoid. I had to get a medical exam for US immigration all they did was take blood, took a chest x-ray, and I had to get a few vaccinations. They will not check your bottom so don't worry. I think they are looking for other diseases like TB (Tuberculosis), AIDS/HIV. etc.

A. That depends on what category you are applying in. It also depends on how independent the child is or can be expected to be when they grow up. How much therapy do they require, do they need this every day, and will it be a drain on the social services to provide this. Unfortunately if the child is aged 6 and over there is no federal funding for autism therapy. The government claims that the schools can meet their needs in the special education classes. How many of you think that the Clintons had a hand in having that Aid at the Canadian Embassy of rolling over?
Q. on Obama? Bill says they know a lot of people, all over the world and a lot of people owe them. They thought this presidential run would be a SHOE in. So who feels that Aid was co-hearest, bribed or promise political favors from America. Isn't this Shades of George Bush?

A. Dirty tricks are working overtime in this election and the News Media is getting a Nut off of all of this. They just said, when one candidate makes a slam or makes a good come back, the polls change and the Media is making a mint off of all of this and buying new suits and getting new make overs. Tucker Caelson s having a Lindsay Lohan moment and has dyed his hair again. and I think the Clintons had something to do with the Canadian smear job.
