A. What region? there are schools in Cebu and Manila offering regular courses the first stop I would go to mind though is a cookery supply store as you can ask and get information on which is best. A. UMSL (University of Missouri St. Louis) is okay. University of Missouri Columbia is really good! it is a major party school though, but they are known for their journalism and business school there. Those are pretty much the cheapest ones that I know of. St. Louis is huge on private universities and most of them cost around 20 grand.. so yeah! you might want to look into those two state schools. Columbia is a much nicer campus than UMSL I would say, but keep in mind lots of partying!
