About how much should I expect to pay for utilities in Clemson, SC?
Q. I am moving into a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house, in Pendleton SC, with my sister in Aug, as we attend Clemson U... and I am trying to determine how much everything is going to cost. Can anyone give me a range, or rough estimate of how much per month utilites are going to run us? Thanks.

A. Well obviously it will vary depending on alot of factors.. but the average would be about... 75-200 for electric( if heat is included in electric). higher in winter/summer lower in spring or fall. Cable/internet and phone should be around 100 combined. They have great packages these days. Water/trash depends. Could be 0 could be 50 or so.
