What countries use torture and interrogration still today ?
Q. Im doing a research project for school and I need to know what countries today still use or (legally) use torture interrogation ? Besides third world countries, a Internet source said that china and germany still do but that could be totally wrong.

According to Human Rights Watch, www.hrw.org, the current list consist of China, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, Isreal Pakistan, North Korea, Morocca, Nepal Russia, Sryia, Uganda and Turkey. As the previous poster notes, there are reports that agents of the US have tortured on foreign soil or facilitated the torture.
