A. Quiapo for electronics in Raon area , There is now a small version of 168 in Quiapo in front of the Chruch but really limited choices. Divisoria is the best bet for men's wearables , the 168 is more of the teen and women wearables but try the Tutuban Mall and the one in Ylaya of the original Divisoria before the 168 craze. In Ylaya you find better choices for men than in the 168 .

I tried Divisoria, Quiapo and other malls but they don't seem to have colored ones and are very expensive. Please and thank you.

A. i don't know about bargains, but i assume there would be less people on weekdays. that would mean less hassle. it also means less customers for sellers, so they might be more inclined to give in to haggling.
