How do I download video files from a site using flash player?
Q. I know how to download YouTube videos with the YouTube download programs, but there is a site that has free cool music videos that I would like to download. Problem is, they don't give any download option (only embed) and the player they are using is an Adobe Flash Player 10. How can I download these videos to my PC?

A. Download this program called Orbit Downloader. run the setup. if you use Mozilla Firefox--- during the setup click the box to use orbit with Firefox. after setup is complete go to the website you want to download the file. Internet Explorer- play the file and the grab pro toolbar should grab the file. click on that part (that yellow rectangle thing) you should see something there and a link that says "download it." click on that hyperlink. Mozilla Firefox- locate the video and right click outside the video and you should see near the bottom of the window "Grab video by orbit. it should grab the video and start downloading. Where are these files going to??? if you want to play back the file(s) you downloaded (for windows) go to start--m [cont.]

I am having difficulty downloading and viewing all attachments. How do I get attachments to download?
Q. Yahoo is getting stuck on the 'downloading file' window. For a few months I canceled the first download attempt and the second attempt would usually finish the download and allow me to view it. Now I can not view attachments after multiple attempts. I suspect it may be a setting somewhere like in my Norton Internet Security.

Different things seem to work for different people. A. It depends on what format the files you downloaded are in. If they are .jad files you need to do something called sideloading. this means you need to transfer the .jad file to your memory card. Once it is on your memory card you can then navigate to that file from within your BlackBerry and the game will install when clicked. The second method would apply if the file type is .cod / .alx in this case you should use Desktop Manager - plug your phone in with usb and use the add/remove programs option in Desktop Manager to navigate to the file location. Click the .alx file and then choose next to start the installation process. Hope that helps.

What is the point of buying a lot of download limit if it is illegal to download?
Q. So my point is... It is illegal to download songs and movies online. But we are still paying for our download limit monthly. And if we don't download, than no one would buy 150GB a month (like we do). Point is we are still paying for something and if every person downloading something will be fined, than soon nobody would buy any more download limit. And internet companies will fail. So is this reasonable?

Q. Whenever I go to a site where I wanna download sounds ,I click on the sound and it goes to a page where quicktime plays it. But I want to download the sounds but it says I need quicktime pro to do that. Help please!

A. Instead of clicking on the link to open the file and play it in quicktime, simply right click on it instead and select "Save Target As" and then simply save the sound.
