Who is the federal judge who rejected the government's appeal to send Madoff to jail?
Q. Wanted to know who the federal judge was who rejected the government's appeal to send Bernard Madoff to jail when this dirt bag belongs. He is under house arrest in his penthouse mansion. That is not punishment at all. The number of victims from Bernard Madoff's alleged Ponzi scheme continues to grow. At least 2 people have committed suicide due to this sick person's scam. I heard someone tried to tip off the SEC, but they ignored him. Why would a judge not send this guy away? Are they buddies, was he protecting Madoff, what is the deal?
