The project that i worked on, have a multi staged . form. , that require users to complete them before the data can be persisted on the database. Is there any way to keep those input in a temporary storage eg: session scoped bean, ...

How important is form when weight lifting?
Q. I use strict form, looking to gain strength + mass. Is good form necessary? (other than not injuring yourself) the form isn't entirely strict, it is pretty good form, with the form slipping for the final 2-3 reps in an 8 rep set. I am asking for all exercises, specifically DB curls. So, should I stick at the weight I use right now, or ease my form a bit and go up 10-15 lbs with the weight? Thanks for clearing this up, I just heard raw strength comes better with cheating form reps.

A. Form is everything. Not only does decent form ensure you avoid injuries (as you mentioned), but it also helps to sculpt the muscles into a better shape as well. You will also be getting more 'bang for your buck', as you know the exercise you are doing is working properly. Sacrifice the weight and ensure you have good form. I personally am not impressed with how much weight some people can lift, its the decent form that shows they have commitment to training that does it for me.
