My wife has a 'UK Wife Settlement Visa' which says on it 'Indefinite Leave to Enter'. Are they not different?
Q. According to all the information on the web I've read, a spouse visa and Indefinite Leave to Remain/Enter are two different things - one follows the other. It was definitely a spouse visa that she applied for - anyone know what's going on?

A. hi mate, for your information, you can only apply for a travel document if you have been granted your indefinite leave to remain as a REFUGEE in the uk..otherthan that you cant, you have to obtain a national passport from your own country of origin and then send it to the home office to stamp your status on it or to stamp anythig refering you have the right to remain in the uk without any restrictions? hope this helped abit. for more info go to www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.u k good luck

What if i have only 3 documents from different sources spread over the 2 years for indefinite leave to remain?
Q. The other documents will be all in last month period.

A. send everything you have adressed to you or your partner (if you are applying as a spouse) - if you don't have enough items addressed to you, over the two years, from different sources then put a letter in with the applications stating your reasons why. They will consider your application based on what you have presented the with.
