Who declares a place as an International Tourism Center? What are the norms for such a declaration?
Q. The RC church in our parish is an ancient one. The place is known for the many miracles through of intercession by Holy Virgin Mary, the patron of the parish. We are now building a model of the Holy Land in the church premises, depicting the important events and scenes from the Bible. The work is nearing completion. Many visitors including foreigners are frequently coming to visit the place. We would like to have it declared as an international tourist spot. Before we take up the matter with the concerned government authorities, we would like to know if there are any norms laid down for such declarations, so that we can assess for ourselves if the our church meets those norms.

A. people will get tired of all the security check and all the terrorism alert that happening and guess who will be very happy when this happen? its those muslim fundamentalist who wants this civilizations to be back in the dark ages, where people just stays where they are and live like caveman.
