A. Well, English is not my mother tongue but I would assume that "isolated" means only one, while "scattered" means several but distant from each other. In aviation meteorology, scattered clouds mean more blue sky than clouds, while broken clouds mean more clouds than blue sky.

A. Most wiring in the US has the ground tied in with the neutral. The neutral provides a path of least resistance for current to return to earth (because it's usually tied in with the ground). A ground fault circuit interruptor works because it measures the difference in current between the neutral and the ground. (You need an isolated ground in order to hook up a GFCI.) How does it work? Let's say you drop your curling iron into the bathtub. It travels the path of the copper plumbing to the earth. It has 20 ohms resistance. You have created a situation that is drawing 6 amps (Ohm's law: 120V / 20 ohms = 6 amps). What is the most isolated place in the world where i could go and get rid of my worries?
Q. i want a place to vecation, with no work, no one i know to bug me, very isolated, with nothing but to relax, a place like a country or resort or park, or someplace in the world where i could be alone. i dont want a place with to many people, but a place where other people are nice to look at, yet few.
