Drivers Licence Washington??
Q. **Calling all Washington people!! I'm going to go take my drivers license test, i have had my permit for 7 months. I live in Washington. I live in Jefferson County. My friend who lives in Seattle said I have to take another written test two weeks before I take my Actual driving test to get my license. is this true?
Asked by j_debello - Mon Jul 30 11:15:10 2007 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. No, it's not true. In Washington State, the written test is valid for two years so, as long as you passed it within the two years prior to the driving test, you are okay. If it has been more than two years, then you would have to write it again before you could schedule a driving test. Hope that helps!!

Can family court hold being two weeks behind on child support against me if my daughter wants to live with me?
Q. I recently lost a good paying job and was forced to take a temp job, because of this I am two weeks behind in my child support. I am currently making payments, but will unlikely be able to get caught up in the immediate future. In the mean time, my ex-wife and 14 year old daughter got into a physical altercation and the next day my ex-wife was arrested for a DUI. My daughter wants to come live with me, I know my ex-wife will fight it and bring up that I am two weeks behind in child support. To complicate matters I live in Jefferson County KY and my daughter lives in Washington County IN. The divorce, child support and custody are set up through the Jefferson County courts. I've been told I can file with the Jefferson County family… [cont.]

A. let me tell you that only being two weeks behind, the judge isn't going to be too upset. Since you had a job change, you should petition the court for reduced child support if they judge lets your daughter stay with her mom. Get a copy of the police report and any other evidence you have against her and USE it in court. The chances of getting custody are pretty high since your daughter is 14 and is old enough to chose where she wants to live. Most courts do not give payers a hard time for only being two weeks behind. It's when you get into over $5000.oo will they take a close look at your payments and why you are behing. I would definitly contact an attorney but your chances are pretty high. Good luck ot you

A. I think it smells fishy. But by the time it gets resolved, Bush will be out of office. That seems to be how the system works. Somebody does something bad, the lawers and denyers come in, and it gets dragged out for 6 to 8 years. By then the people who have been made to suffer have given up or died. It's a tactic used by big companies to try and not pay claims, if they inadvertently (or purposefully to save money on costs) make a bunch of people sick they drag it out for years and years so a bunch of them give up or die. It is SOP in most safety related fields, this is just a new application. That's American justice.

A. George Washington and Jimmy Carter. Washington and Carter were also wealthy family names in the Colony of Virginia as well. In fact before George Washington became wealthy, Landon Carter was considered the wealthiest man in Virginia and was nicknamed "King Carter". Goxhill Airbase is a RAF Field that was a United States Army Air Force (USAAF) field in WW2. The Air Force did not become a separate branch from the Army until well after World War 2.
