A. Either by taxi or by FX taxis. You can get an FX taxi along Quezon Blvd. in Quiapo plying the Buendia route. I don't know how much is the fare (my guest is PhP30). Just tell the driver that your destination is Buendia. After resolving your fare, sit back and watch out for your stop.

A. You said your DAILY budget is P500, that means P15,000 per month. With that you can rent a one-bedroom condominium unit. Ther are a couple of Cityland condos at the corner of Buendia and South Super. Some of these are not labeled Cityland, but Makati Executive Towers or something. You can rent cheaper, by renting a studio instead of a one-bedroom unit. That should go for P7,000 plus electricity and water. Negotitate with your agent that the monthly dues be for the account of the unit owner.

A. this is the cheapest i've seen you may also want to check out Prince Philip but those are small 2-3 star apartments. i don't think you'll find a real hotel for the price that you're seeking given that Makati is THE business center and is THE high-end residential area in Manila.

How long is travel time from Makati to NAIA?
Q. Need help here. I'm going to NAIA terminal 2 straight from our office in makati on friday. I'm leaving around 5pm. I'll take the MRT3 at Buendia Station and get off at the Taft Avenue Station. From there, I'm taking a taxi straight to the airport. Does anybody know how long this would take. I don't have an idea of the traffic situation in the area. My departure time is at 7:15 pm, so giving 45 mins allowance for check-in, I should be there by 6:30 pm. Would anyone know if I have enought time to make it? Thanks and would really appreciate some help. Thanks.

A. from buendia MRT station to taft MRT station will take around 10 minutes of travel time (plus 10 to 20 minutes or more for the time you need to buy a MRT ticket, to wait for MRT train, going in & out the MRT station) turn left when you exit from the taft MRT station and after you get down from the stairway, most of the time there's already a lot of taxi line up there beside the Mc donald and the stairway. may ride a taxi there and take the nearest way thru aurora blvd. (TRAMO) to NAIA, it takes around 20 minutes. .

A. you can take a jeepney westward down buendia which will get you there in less than 15 minutes if there is no traffic or you can try taking a taxi which will run you about 50pesos.

A. Here's a useful map: Do you drive or commute? If you drive, from Mandaluyong go EDSA southbound, turn right at G. Puyat. At the intersection of G.Puyat and Makati Ave., turn left. Then turn right at Dela Costa Street (at Equitable Bank building), then turn left at Leviste street (3rd street on the left). The building you 're looking for is right across the Salcedo Park. If you commute, then get yourself to Ayala Avenue, get off at the passenger unloading area at Paseo de Roxas or Herrera, then take a walk. Shouldn't take you longer than 10 minutes.
