How can I prevent marks after getting rid of acne?
Q. Everytime I pop a pimple, even following the procedures to "correct" style of popping it to prevent scars and whatnot, I still get a small mark on my face that was the same size of the pimple. How can i prevent getting that mark? The marks last for quite a while too... And to those of you who say you dont pop pimples. You do... you wait till the white goo is at the top. Then use a sterilized needle and poke a hole and clean with a clean paper towel.

A. Don't pop them..thats how you get the mark.you are damaging your skin when you do that. How do I clean white marks from a black sofa?

Q. I was very overweight as a teenager. As a result my entire upper body (chest, stomach, sides, and back) is covered in stretch marks. I have lost most of that weight but the stretch marks remain. Not only will it make your skin irresistably smooth, you'll also notice within a few days that the stretchmarks are slightly fading off. How to lessen the appearance of stretch marks?
Q. Is it possible to lessen to appearance of stretch marks? I have put on a lot of weight recently and I have got purple (very noticeable) stretch marks on my hips and thighs...I read that Boil Oil works but then I read somewhere else that it doesn't. I know that you can *prevent* stretch marks and once they are there, they are there for good, but is there anything that works to make them change to the silvery colour that they go to after a while? I am really body concious now that I have got them. Thanks!

I think they were here before we moved in but I would like to try and remove them. When I was pregnant I drank 10-12 cups of water per day (I was pregnant mostly during the summer), I took my prenatals and had a pretty healthy and well-balanced diet, I took vitamin E pills, I used stretch mark prevention cream, cocoa butter and olive oil! I tried everything I could to prevent stretch marks! I thought I was home-free, but once I hit 36/37 weeks, BAM! They came and they came freely until the very end! But you should still try to prevent them by staying healthy, hydrated, moisturized, and not gaining any more weight then is recommended. How do I avoid getting stretch marks while lifting weights?
Q. I don't have any yet but I am planning to gain muscle rapidly and I've heard you can get stretch marks from gaining muscle to fast. I want to gain muscle bulk as fast as possible but not so fast that it gives me stretch marks. What should I do?

A. U get strecth marks only if u stop working out...Women get streched after they have delivered...So to stop strech marks..EITHER: 1) DON'T work out at all 2) IF U'Ve started working out then don'T STOP

What is good for preventing stretch marks?
Q. Myself and all my sisters get really bad stretch marks, to the extent that we look like we have been clawed on our hips or lower back. All my sisters have had babies and their tummies have really suffered from stretch marks. I am in my late twenties and i want to ensure that should my body change or should i become pregnant, that i don't suffer the same. I would appreciate any advice or product i could use at this stage to prevent rather than treat. I know bio oil can be good. Any other ideas?

A. rub vitamin e lotion 3 times a day dont scratch..people are going to tell you cocoa butter but it doesnt work and its stinks.. and drink alot alot alot of water.. and eat stuff with alot of antioxidents make sure the vitamin e lotion has a high amount of vitmin i.u. for example 42,000 i.u. is a okay amount.. please dont listen to butter that cause you to get burned in the sun!
