Are memory foam matresses good for those with achey backs, as well as those who have a hard time sleeping?
Q. I am trying to compare the memory foam against the typical matress. I know that everyone always says they are good for bad backs but I want those who actually have tried it for that purpose to tell me.

A. I have a bad back, and I returned my memory foam because it hurt it worse. I then bought a firmer version of the memory foam and it feels great and sleep great. Just make sure you get the firm version.
