What are some methods to prevent police corruption?
Q. Police corruption seems to be an increasing problem in the United States as well as most of the world. With higher reports of police brutality, racial profiling by police, and plain system abuses, many people have a growing distrust of the police and their methods. In your opinion, what are some methods that can reduce and even prevent corruption? A reward based "tattle tale" system sometimes works as it rewards officers for reporting others, but many police officers seem to "stick together" preventing this from working effectively. What are other methods that could help? What are you thoughts in general about police corruption? Have you directly been affected by it?

What natural methods can help improve the appearance of scars?
Q. I'm pretty accident prone and have a number of unusual scars as a result. One such - a very bad shaving cut that I did two years ago - has left me with a very large and unattractive scar on my leg. I've looked at bio oil, but it's ridiculously expensive and apparently not even that effective. Are there any natural methods I could use to improve the appearance of my scar/s?

A. Well, the most common method is the mass spectrometer. These devices are rather varied, but all work by: 1) Charging the sample particles. 2) Separating the particles based on charge-to-mass ratio. 3) Detecting the spectrum of the particles. Again, there are many types of mass spectrometer, and some people may consider them separate techniques (I am not one of them). They can measure from atomic masses all the way up to large proteins.
