What have muslims contributed to society in the last 200 years?
Q. They basically send their sons to muslim school (where he learns nothing but HATE) and their daughters don't go to school at all. The richest muslims in the world are not producers or inventors or tycoons or a captain of industry. They are oil shieks, who needed Western technology just to get the oil out of the ground. Is there anything that muslims done that is useful in the lass 200 years? Can they do anything besides murdering people?

A. In the last two hundred years?Nothing. What can they do?Well, the majority can and have disassociated themselves from the murdering fanatics that have caused so much damage to the innocent,to property and to the image of their religion around the world, but, they do not have a monopoly on intolerance and hatred, the different sects of Christianity have been fighting each other for hundreds of years and the animosities and divisions are still very apparent.Spanish catholics went to South America and the genocide that followed was terrifying, whole nations were wiped out.A Chinese proverb says that 'when you point the finger at someone, there are another three pointing back AT YOU' I am a confirmed and committed devout atheist.

How come the Jews and Muslims are able to worship God directly without going through Jesus?
Q. The Jews rejected Jesus outright, the Muslims regarded Jesus as a mere human prophet. If what Jesus said in the New Testament is true, the Jews and the Muslims would never be able to connect with God on a spiritual level through prayers and worship because Jesus Christ is left out of the picture. But it seem that the Jews and the Muslims are doing fine on that aspect. The more I think about it, the more confused I get.
Asked by Kira - Sat Apr 4 12:47:23 2009 - - 23 Answers - 5 Comments
A. Jesus did say, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6). If Jesus was deluded, then Christianity loses its basis. If Jesus was correct (as I do believe), then Islam and Judaism are in fact not following the only pathway to God the Father.

How can us Muslims continue to portray Muslims in a more positive light?
Q. Orchard Park police are investigating a particularly gruesome killing, the beheading of a woman, after her husband an influential member of the local Muslim community reported her death to police Thursday. Police identified the victim as Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37. Detectives have charged her husband, Muzzammil Hassan, 44, with second-degree murder. Muzzammil Hassan is the founder and chief executive officer of Bridges TV, which he launched in 2004, amid hopes that it would help portray Muslims in a more positive light.

A. With all due respect to Pascalou his statement is at odds with the facts. Reported crime has risen from 600,000 annually in 1959 to 4 million today, while the population has grown by less than 20 percent In 2000, one crime was reported for every sixth inhabitant of Paris, and the rate has increased by at least 10 percent a year for the last five years. The source of this crime is easy to identify. It is from the suburban areas inhabited by Muslims. This is hardly surprising given, among other things, that unemployment among young Muslims in France is almost 40%. In these areas lawlessness is the rule and the French authorities have largely abandoned efforts to police them. They have created more than 800 "zones sensibles" in which… [cont.]

How do Muslims think about evolution theory and what are your personal views?

For the Muslim there is no need for separation between religion and science. It is understood from the Quran, revealed over 1,400 years ago, that there is both; "Creation" and "Evolution." What is the deal between liberals and muslims?
Q. Liberals always up in arms when Christianity is involved but the same liberals don't mind using government money to accommodate Islam. Liberals criticize christians all day but when you criticize muslims, they call you a [racist/bigot/xenophobe] Liberals want to classify muslims as a race and give them special protection. These atheists do all they can do to stamp out Christianity but they embrace Islam which is more restrictive, more violent and more totalitarian. Hmm, it seems a lot like their appeal to socialism.

How would America have been different had the Founders been Muslims?
Q. Many have said that the Founders were not religious, and certainly not all Christians, and that Judeo-Christian concepts did not dominate the thinking of the Founders. So how would America have been different if, say, Muslims, or Buddhists, or Wiccans had founded the country? Would there have been differences? What? Thanks.
Asked by A concerned AMERICAN - Thu Mar 12 11:38:22 2009 - - 14 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Many have said wrong then, because all of the founders were religious and highly influenced by Judeo-Christian values. If the country was founded by Muslims, we'd be a third world country under shria law, and probably have lost all major wars and and under Nazi occupation. That is if the native americans didn't wipe us out first. If the country was founded by Wiccans, we would have lacked the military might to defend ourselves against Native American tribes therefor would not exist. Tree hugging is not an effective military tactic If the country was founded by Buddhists we would probably still be only 13 states and passively avoided all conflict over the years.

Q. It happened yesterday in pakistan . I have realised that muslims who carry out such kamikaze acts inside mosques are those who are disgusted with islam and finding ways to teach Allah, Mohammad and islam an unforgettable lesson what do you think?

A. The radical Muslims who carry out such acts are probably Better described as NAZIS rather than as Muslims. Radical Islam as created by Haj Amin al Husseini who saw himself as a prophet equal to ar greater than Mohammed the founder of Islam, is a mixture of NAZISM and Islam. Haj Amin al Husseini was more interested in NAZISM than Islam, however Haj Amin al Husseini added enough Islam to NAZISM to interest some Muslims and draw them to his cause. Many of the Muslim groups who carry out such acts were founded by students of Haj Amin al Husseini. The groups founded by students of Haj Amin al Husseini include Hamas, Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and Al Qaida.

Q. How would have history changed if it was the Muslims who sailed and found both North and South America? How would they have treated the natives of both continents? Would they wipe them out, or something else? Be aware, I mentioned 'found' not 'discovered'. Hmm... Some interesting answers. Answerers need to remember the time difference and not compare it with the present. happour: Thanks for the support, but you totally neglected my question.
