Are the beach resorts in Nasugbu, Batangas easily accessible via public buses from Pasay?
Q. Do we need to take a cab/jeepney/trike to explore the beach resorts? We're planning to go there only via public buses from Pasay/MRT, just not sure if it's safe though. Suggestions are very much appreciated...

A. There used to be BLTB bus line that plys Nasugbu and even with a station there. Not anymore since several years ago coz .they folded up The buses from Pasay only go to "Calatagan" and you can alight at the Shell gas station intersection, for Calatagan is to the left and the bus turns left---you are bound to the right... (you take a jeep trike at that will take you to the "aplaya" or where the small resorts are.Kinda far still, so it's jeep then tricycle... I am not sure of other shuttles but in Metropolis Alabang there is a Nasugbu... But I do not recommend the shuttles to friends, for safety reasons. OR you can target to reach at least Tagaytay and Check out from there how to get to Nasugbu---but that would be too adventurous.

Upon paying the fare for a specific destination, you will be issued a coupon and escorted to the curb outside the arrival area until your taxicab arrives. Cabbies generally charge a fixed fee of P300 or higher for trips to the Tourist Belt. Several taxi fleets have coupon services, with rates averaging P450. A. From Centennial take the highway going to Roxas Boulevard ( i think its MIA road or NAIA Avenue?, basta yung highway pag labas mo ng centennial, diretso ka lang) Reaching Roxas boulevard, cross it to and take a right turn at Macapagal Avenue. Cruise until you reach PNB main at your right ( you will pass by bluewave at your right before reaching PNB) World Trade Center will then appear at the right side of the road, but you have to drive further because entrance is infront. Good luck!

I'll be coming from Makati -- driving there, by the way -- so any directions you could provide would be great. Oh, by the way, is parking hard to come by in that area?!? Thanks, everyone! can anybody tell me where i can find gaybars in pasay city area?
Q. i have a friend who is asking me to accompany him in a gaybar for his research work. we look for not expensive ones. any suggestions pls? thanks.
Asked by shortman - Thu Jul 10 08:41:20 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments
A. In Malate, near the Adriatico circle, just up the street on Adriatico street there is a bar called Mister Lady. I am not gay but they dragged me into it to see a show- it was a Tiffany show with transvestites and transsexuals dancing and singing. The funny thing was that among all these transsexuals there was one that looked totally female- the shoulders were small, the pelvis was wide. I congratulated that person on the success in the sex change and inquired what hormones (s)he was taking. It turned out she was a woman to begin with. LOL. I had never seen anything like this before- a woman in the line of gay performers.

Q. My hotel is in Makati city but I want to go to the Star City Amusement Park.
Asked by Glitterice - Thu Jul 23 00:33:45 2009 - - 4 Answers - 0 Comments
A. If you are a tourist going for the first time to the Philippines, you'll do okay. Makati and Pasay cities are both within Metro Manila and adjacent to one another. If the traffic is not bad, it's a 15-minute ride only to Star City Amusement Park, Star City, Cultural Center Philippines (CCP) Complex,Roxas Blvd. Pasay. U can take any jeepney or bus. Let the bus conductor or the driver know you are going to Star City. This is the cheapest public mode of transport. Or you can go to the nearest MRT station and go down at Taft Avenue then get a connection at the LRT Station in Taft. When you reach Vito Cruz Sation, go down and just walk west to where the sea is. Star City should be about a few blocks away. Go across Roxas Boulevard and that's it! [cont.]

A. Actually, your letter will get there on that address alone. However, adding Philippines would leave no room for mixup, and Metro Manila, better still. Like Pasay, Manila is also a city inside Metro Manila. And you can also leave out the comma after City. Church Name 1342 Taft Ave Pasay City 1306 Metro Manila, Philippines
