A. Not much of a help but the Victory bus terminal in Pasay is not co-located with edsa lrt (and the Pasay MRT) but it is near it. I remember taking taxi to the Victory terminal bound to Baguio after getting off the LRT.

A. As I recall it took me about 10 minutes to get from one to the other. They are relatively close in terms of distance, the problem you will encounter is traffic congestion depending on when you are traveling. If you allow 30 minutes that should be plenty.

A. Yes Partas should be fine. Just take a taxi then to Terminal 3 which would not cost you more than 100 pesos. Remember to be at the airport at least 2 hours for a domestic flight and 3 hours for an international flight. Happy Trip!

Newport City is located near the tall white building at the end of Andrews Avenue, and is right in front of NAIA Terminal 3. PUJ are available everyday at everytime so you dont have to worry about that.
