Q. My aunt, whose number appears as private, called a certain person, and the person called her back. She wants to know how this can happen. Thank you. If someone calls me and has a private number, I can call back using *67? (or 62.) Sorry for confusion; I want to find out how to call back those who call with blocked numbers.

A. You will probably have to buy a new phone with that feature. But if you want your calls to say private, you just dial *67 before the number.
