We can't get hold of a police uniform, the police cadets aren't allowed to lend their uniforms. How can I make costumes that look like police uniforms? the problem is, the competition is this saturday, and we don't have any costume stores around. The team money certainly can't afford to rent a costume. And I have a SUCKING team.
