What affiliate programs make the most money?
Q. I am looking to join some affiliate programs, and I am part of barnes and noble, but looking for some more to make extra money. What programs have you joined that make money, and do you have any tips on making even more money with affiliate programs?

A. Hi: I have joined over 140 affiliate programs of gaming sites (bingo, casino, poker, skill games, and sportsbooks). Only about two dozen or so of these have resulted in any income -- around $4K in the last 6 months. If you are interested in promoting gaming sites, then you may find my article helpful; it's called "Seven Tips for Choosing an Online Gaming Affiliate Program". It contains tips as well as my top 12 recommended affiliate programs. Email me directly if you have additional questions! Robert

What computer programs are essential to a workplace environment?
Q. I have been on some job interviews where they have asked if I have knowledge of a particular computer program, and at times it varies. What programs should one be familiar with to excel in the workplace and land a job? Feel free to list the programs you use in your work place.
Asked by Chris - Wed Oct 28 01:52:34 2009 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments
A. As previously mentioned, it depends on the type of job. A couple examples: Office jobs, all of Microsoft office suite would be helpful to know. Excel (spreadsheets), Powerpoint (presentations), Word (documents), Outlook (emails). Acccounant: Microsoft Office Excel and Quickbooks for sure. However, if design jobs are more your interest, Microsoft office won't be much use (they are more office jobs). For these you would need design programs such as: Adobe Suite, including, but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, InDesign, After Effects

What programs are most harmful to my computer?
Q. I just wanted to know what programs I install can give me the most harmful virsues. Like IMVU or AIM? Or any other type of program that is harmful. I just want to make sure I don't download any of these programs. Thanks.
Asked by Aubrey - Fri Mar 27 01:09:58 2009 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Its not the programs that are harmful, its the improper use of them that causes ill effects. Some people say Limewire causes viruses but this is simply not true. Its the fact that most people who get viruses from using it do so by NOT scanning the files before using or opening them first.

How do you uninstall programs without any trace at all in my computer?
Q. I installed a program and I have uninstalled it a few months later. The problem is, it is said that even though you uninstalled the program, it still leaves traces. I would like my computer to be stripped clean of any trace of this program. How do I do it? Please do not suggest programs that will do this for me. Thanks.

A. you can delete it from control panel add/remove programs.or you can delete the folder containing those files.but what you should know is that you can't delete all the files because some of the fies are replaced to the .dll files of windows.but I think there's a way you can delete them and it's system restore.it helps you to go back to the date that you hadn't installed that software. go to control pannel and find the help&support center and search ''system restore''.there is enough information that can help you to create a restore point.

A. Don't bother with a "program", you already HAVE Yahoo! (obviously), and can use all the tools on Yahoo!Finance to do what you want to do ...but don't fall prey to the idea that if you look at a company's stock-price graph, and the line always goes up, that it will do so in the future. As a "beginner", you are better off with funds or tracking stocks, since they are far easier to predict... Go here to do some free learning:

How do I know which programs I can delete from my computer?
Q. When I tried to delete some programs, a warning box will pop up saying that if i delete this program, it will affect other programs on the computer? I don't understand what that means. Thanks for responding to my question.

A. Sometimes, if you take off a program, then it may effect others. An example is Google Updater is needed to run in the background while Google Talk or Google Earth is running. Many programs don't work this way, and you can tell if programs work in this way if during the uninstall process, it says 'These programs: XXX may not work when you uninstall this. Would you like to continue?' Usually this will clue you in on whether to uninstall or not. Just make sure to keep the question in your mind: "Why am I uninstalling this?" If it is for several reasons (an example would be it is not useful, and I don't use it or anyone uses it) then you should be fine.

A. Wondershare Streaming Audio Recorder uses virtual sound card to record any sound played through your sound card, record music from any online music sites and radio stations like MySpace, Napster, Rhapsody, XM radio, AOL radio, etc. After recording, you can split audio files; edit ID3 tags like title, artist, and genre. Or, you can add recorded file to iTunes, Windows Media Player, or Winamp. You can try it! Good luck!!

What programs can a 19 year old pregnant couple take advantage of in California?
Q. We are a little run down on our luck with out decision to keep our daughter, so you can go to hell with what you think about that. I would like to know, what programs should we look into?

A. Like the previous post, WIC, Medicaid, SCHIP, Food Stamps, etc. are all programs which can help. Many utilities have in need discounts. All you need to do is call and ask if they can help cut your bill. HUD provides discounted housing. Look for local private charities who might help you. Catholic Charities is one of the largest organizations in the world, you don't have to be Catholic to be helped, and they will support your decision to have your child instead of aborting. Lifecall is a site which lists organizations that help pregnant mothers, often providing medical assistance, formula, diapers, clothes etc. for young babies. For baby supplies great resources are garage sales, Goodwill/Salvation Army, thrift stores,… [cont.]
