A. There's a bus at the foot of the Gil Puyat LRT Station. There are routes going to Los Banos there. Fare would roughly be probably from 80-120php per passenger. Its 60php going to Santa Rosa. Hope this helps.

A. There's a bus at the foot of the Gil Puyat LRT Station. There are routes going to Los Banos there. Fare would roughly be probably from 80-120php per passenger. Its 60php going to Santa Rosa. Hope this helps.

Q. My friend needs a place to stay for 3 nights in Makati/Pasay/G. Puyat area. He only wants to spend 500 pesos more or less per night. Q. Which place should I choose? I have a few prospects were to rent a place: 1.) My own room without toilet and bath in a very old house that's falling apart, and where it gets super flooded. I can cook and there is wifi. Rate is 5K a month. No closet and have to bring my own bedsheet and pillow. Advantage is in Bautista St San Isidro (Gil Puyat) near Ayala where I work. No need to take a cab since jeepneys are 24 hrs. My shift ends at midnight every day. Not too keen about the neighborhood esp at night. 2.) My own room and t&b for 3K in the Fort near Bayani Road. No transpo late at night. Have to take a cab home every night. Safe neighborhood. No kitchen and no wifi. Owned by my friends family. 3.) 5K just at the back of Rockwell Centre… [cont.]

A. OPTION #2. It has more advantages. These are your basic priorities. 1. Cheap rental. 2. Safe neighborhood. 3. Owner is no longer a stranger to you. 4. Privacy. Own room with t&b. Option #3 is OK, only if you will not share the room. If you dont mind sharing the room, then this choice is also good. However, if the same pregnant lady will share the room with you after she delivered the baby, chances are, you wont ever get your good night's sleep becoz the newborn will cry almost every 2~3 hours in most cases. Imagine, its even more than you can bear... Present place #4 will just give you a lot of stress. Later on, you will regret staying that long. Go and find your own place of peace and a lot of privacy.
