What readings do you suggest about why income tax was introduced?
Q. So many of our founding fathers strongly oppose income tax. Federal income tax and other income taxes wasn't introduced until the mid to late 1800's and in 1913. This is after all our founding fathers are gone or dead. Any readings you recommend to find out why income tax was introduced?

A. the 16th amendment was introduced to pay for several things, one being the military, another being that around that time, a lot of places were industrializing(paving roads, building factories, cities sprouting up around said factories). so basically, they needed more money to make America a better nation.

How do you take an average of multiple F/Stop readings?
Q. I've read that some photographers will take multiple light readings in order to take an average reading by which to set aperture and shutter speed settings. What's the proper formula to use to get an average? Plus, is there any significance between an average for incident vs. reflective light readings? Is there any benefit to mixing incident and reflective readings for an average? If so, what would the formula be? Yes, more than just one question, but I'm eager to learn. If you only take the time to answer just one, it's really appreciated. Thanks!

A. Taking average light readings is done usually when its very hard to pinpoint exactly where you want to measure exposure. And unless you have a spot meter, its very hard to do this. The area that a center weighted meter takes is large, so moving it around a scene won't affect it much. Evaluative metering systems found in most modern cameras evaluate the whole scene, so this discussion mainly applies to spot meteres. For most scenes, photographers will spot meter a highlight scene, and expose two stops under, or meter a shadown scene and expose two stops over, or meter a spot with middle grey. But if all of this is difficult, they sometimes take two light readings and do an average. There really is no formula. If one reading is F4 at 1/25 [cont.]

What are some logical reasons for the difference in these conductivity readings?
Q. Conductivity Readings: Sodium thiosulphate solution: 80.1ms Water: 6.92ms What reasons can you suggest for the differences?

A. Sodium thiosulphate being a salt gives ions which can carry the electric current more than pure water which is wakly ionized
