Q. What are the reference angles of the following: 387, 300, 285, 1376, 170, 268, 102, 356, -234, 68?
Asked by redalert - Mon Mar 27 17:36:52 2006 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. First figure out which quadrant the angle is in. It helps to draw a picture. Reference angles are always between 0 and 90. 387 - 360 = 27, so 387 is in the first quadrant. The reference angle is 27. 300 is in quadrant 4. 360 - 300 = 60, so 60 is the reference angle. Now the other ones you need to try yourself. I won't be able to solve them for you when you have to take a test, so you need to practice.
