How to reset Security Password on Samsung Instinct? I just switched phones with someone & reset it. Its not...?
Q. its not the last 4 of my phone number, nor is it the last 4 of my social sec number. Nor is it the pin number on my account, nor is it my voicemail password.

A. you need to ring your service provider and they will give you a PUK code. you enter this code into your phone (where it is asking for your pass word, and it resets the password. they will explain it to you. just need to know your mobile number and security answers.
