Why is San Jose Mercury News.....?
Q. such a douche...bag They are billing me for unsolicited delivery. I didnt even say yes to their trial period scam. they never contacted me. Ive read about many people with worse experiences with them, and they dont even include their customer service phone number on their website. I cant be the only one that feels taken advantage of.
Asked by Cool Beans - Sun Jul 27 15:45:33 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments

A. Yeah, I've had a pretty bad experience with them, too. I think they send out notices like "If you're receiving this and you don't reply, we're going to send you a newspaper and you'll pay for it." That annoys me.
