What slow songs should i put in a school dance for only 8th graders?
Q. I'm on the school committee and were planning an 8th grade winter formal. It's in two weeks and I'm supposed to find all the songs the DJ should play.So i took a poll and the majority of the kids wanted more slow songs then fast songs. The thing is i don't know of any more slow songs and all i have is you found me by the fry and a moment like this by Kelly Clarkson!!! I need help please tell me of some slow songs.

How come the songs i download from my computer onto my micro SD card won't work on my Samsung T629 cell phone.
Q. I dowloaded the songs first onto Itunes. But when i get them songs on the cell phone , none of the songs work. The pictures can show up just not the songs.

A. because cellphones have different types of files and itunes are different. check the file type and if your cellphone has different type file u will have to get a program to conver the file from ituens or mp3 to the file type your cellphone supports. its like if for example: your phone supports mp3 files and u have ituens or media player files it wont work on the phone, u will have to conver that file(itune) into mp3 file type to support. hope u understand wat i am saying and good luck...

Q. I am a lower soprano with a quite big range. I am not trained but have learnt breathing techniques and that. I need a really powerful song and I prefer lower songs but can sing high. How to add new songs to Ipod from the computer without deleting the already existing songs?

Q. Do they have to receive a certain amount of requests? Or do they even get requests? Does the song have to be a certain length? Because I've noticed that most of the songs on Rock Band are pretty long, and there are some songs I've heard by some huge bands that haven't made it to Rock Band yet. What do the songs have to have in order to make it to Rock Band? For example, why did Paramore's song, "That's What You Get" make it instead of "Decode"?

How can you get songs off your laptop if your laptop does not have a cd burner?
Q. As dumb as it sonds, I bought an IPod and downloaded about 190+ songs on ITunes to my old laptop that does not have a cd burner. Does anyone know how I can get the songs to my new laptop (I purchased after I bought my IPod)? I tired connecting my IPod to my new computer and it did't work. Since the laptop is old I fear I cannot download anymore songs to it. Have I lost those songs forever? Thanks in advanced!

A. If you can locate the directory holding the songs on your old computer you can move them to your new computer using a USB drive (also called a jump drive). Both computers will need an available USB port for this to work. If you borrow (or buy - they are pretty cheap) a USB drive you can 1 - plug the drive into your old computer 2 - copy the songs from your old computer to the drive 3 - plug the drive into your new computer 4 - copy the songs from the drive to your new computer And presto! Your music has moved.

In complete honesty, I find this to be a very difficult task to begin with, given the narrow availability of such material. With the new iTunes, (iTunes 9) the capability of clicking and dragging songs from the store to a playlist seems to be gone. Does anyone know of a way to add songs from the iTunes store to a playlist in iTunes 9? Thank you!

A. At the bottom of the page you'll notice a "Wish List". On the song you want to "save" go next to the price button and locate the arrow. Pull down the options. There will be a "save to Wish List". Select that, voila. When you open your "Wish List" that song will be there. I know it's a pain in the butt if you already have a huge play list of songs you're thinking of buying, but it's the only option I've found for now.

Q. I am a 13 year old girl and I need to sing 16 bars of 2 different songs for a summer camp audition. One needs to be a ballad and one a more up tempo song. I'm thinking about singing "A lot of living to do" from Bye Bye Birdie for my second song. Is that a good choice? And what should I do for my other song? My voice isn't a huge belty voice but I can sing pretty well. I don't know what show I'm auditioning for, it's just a general audition. What songs would be good on a playlist for a middle school dance?

I need a good idea of what to get because the theme is disco, and i need some good (clean) awesome songs to play at the dance. it doesn't need to all be disco/70s, it can be newer hip songs everyone knows. we (student council) need to give the lady in charge a playlist within two weeks so she can give it to the dj.

A. a favorite is the ( i think this is the title) "dance dance revolution" song "take two steps to the right, right foot, left foot now cha cha" YMCA and saturday nigth fever are fun. remember to have the dj put in some current hit that the studnets will like- avril levinge is popular, so is walk it out, pop lock and drop, the oooh snap song, panic at the disco, etc.

Q. I need a good idea of what to get because the theme is disco, and i need some good (clean) awesome songs to play at the dance. it doesn't need to all be disco/70s, it can be newer hip songs everyone knows. we (student council) need to give the lady in charge a playlist within two weeks so she can give it to the dj.

What songs would be good to use in a photo slideshow of my friends?
Q. I've put together video clips of my friends and me that I've collected throughout my years of high school. At the end I've included a slideshow with hundreds of photos that we've taken. It definitely needs music. The songs that I've put so far are: With a Little Help From my Friends by The Beatles We Are Going to be Friends by The White Stripes You're my Best Friend by Queen What other feel-good, best friend songs would be good to add to the slideshow?

A. its called My Heroin by Silverstein. its about how a person can not live with out the other or else they will go crazy. go to musicjesus.com and put in My Heroin and it should pop up. if you don't mide some screomo you should like it. it is one of my fav. songs.
