The word university is derived from the Latin universitas magistrorum et scholarium, roughly meaning "community of teachers and scholars".

What university has the most fans and what university makes the most money selling apparel?
Q. So basically, I just want to know statistics on universites to figure out which one has the most fans and I also would like to know which university makes the most money selling university products. I guess what I am trying to find out, and this may be hard to find. Even though it would have to be broken down by states of course, which university has the most fans overall (fan population) and also perhaps some statistics about the overall university incomes. It's sort of a tough question to answer...

A. Everyone's gonna say they're fave team, so I'll tell you this, I don't like College. But Notre Dame makes the most money. Pretty much every game they have ever played was sold out

What university has the best program for communications/public relations?
Q. I want to know which UC or CSU is best known for this area of study. Which is better a CSU or UC? I here the UC's are more theory and the CSU's are more hands on learning when it comes to the major, but UC's are looked more highly. What will get me a better job? Any details of programs at any reccomended university is highly appreciated!

A. One of the best American universities for opera is Indiana University. They have about the best program around. Other great schools are Juilliard and Eastman (University of Rochester.) Any of these would be really brilliant! One serious advantage of Juilliard is that it's right there in Lincoln Center, NYC, next to the Metropolitan Opera. HUGE bonus. Good luck!
